Mediterranean Spinach 

This quick and healthy side dish can be made using either fresh or frozen spinach!

Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving:

Ingredients:

1 package of either fresh or frozen spinach
pine nuts
basil
sundried tomatoes
olive oil
feta cheese

Fresh or frozen spinach, drained of moisture. Sautee with pine nuts, basil, sundried tomatoes in olive oil...sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve.
