Garlic Roasted Potatoes 
This is one of our own Fruits & Veggies—More Matters® recipes. It meets the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s strict nutrition guidelines as a healthy recipe.

Serves: 4
Cups of Fruits and Vegetables per Serving: ½
Ingredients:
4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 4 wedges each
Spray oven-proof pan with no-stick cooking spray.
Add Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade and potatoes to pan, toss to combine.
Roast in preheated 400°F oven about 20 - 25 minutes.
Turn potatoes and roast an additional 20 - 25 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and browned.
Baste with additional Mrs. Dash® Zesty Garlic Herb 10-Minute Marinade, if desired*.

Each serving provides: An excellent source of vitamin C and potassium and a good source of magnesium and fiber.
