Q. My diet should include 1/3 raw fruits and veggies. How is 1/3 measured?

 
 

A. The US Dietary Guidelines recommend that you fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables at every meal and snack. All forms of fruits and veggies should be part of your diet to expose your body to more nutrients for better health.
