Are dried fruits and veggies just as nutritional as frozen?

Dried fruits and vegetables are important sources of nutrients. Some vitamins may be reduced in the drying process, so they may not have exactly the same nutrients as frozen, but they are still definitely worth eating. Remember that a serving size of dried fruits and vegetables is only ¼ cup, while it is ½ cup for frozen.
