What are the nutritional value of apple cider?Is it good for you or does it have to much sugar in it. I am a diabetic and love apple cider, do I need to give it up or can I still drink it?

Apple cider is 100% apple juice that has not been filtered to remove the pulp. It is fat free, low in sodium and cholesterol free. Each 4oz glass (half a cup) of apple cider contains 14g of sugar, or about 3 ½ teaspoons. Apple cider should be counted in your daily carbohydrate allowance.
