To get more veggies in my diet, I pack a frozen "steam in the pack" veggie pack, like snap peas or brussel sprouts, inmy lunch bag and cook them in the microwave at work to use as a main dish. Then for dessert, I have a luscious piece of fresh fruit like a pear or a plum. For Breakfast, I make a smoothie with plain (lowfat unsweetened) yogurt, frozen fruit and 100% juice (orange or apple is great). Just pop it all in the blender and liquify. Put it in a go cup with a straw for a great breakfast on the go that contains at least 2 servings of fruit and is rich in calcium.
