I’ve been told never to eat raw fruits and vegetables together. Is this true?

There has been no research that states that fruits and vegetables can not be eaten together. Eating fruits and vegetables together increases the amount of vitamins and minerals you are consuming at each meal. Therefore, eating fruits and vegetables together is actually beneficial to you! All forms of fruits and vegetables (fresh, frozen, canned, dried and 100% juice) are beneficial to you and they all can be eaten together.
