I just bought a juicer and was wondering if using previously frozen fruit or veggies give you as much nutritional value as fresh

Frozen fruits and vegetables are usually frozen immediately after picking so they retain most of their nutrients. While the nutrients will be retained, the texture is a bit different, so the final juiced product may be a bit different than if using fresh produce. Frozen fruits and veggies are a very convenient and nutritious way to eat your produce. They are delicious used frozen, to make smoothies, to add to soups, or to eat frozen (like frozen grapes or berries).
