What does it take to be healthy.

There are many behaviors that are associated with better health, including a well balanced diet that is low in fat and contains a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. It is important to be at a healthy weight, which can be achieved by balancing calorie intake with exercise. Other behaviors that are usually associated with health include not smoking, getting appropriate amounts of sleep, and managing stress.
