Please explain the relationship to eating fruits and veggies to anti-oxidant levels. What should my anti-oxidant leve be?

Fruits and vegetables contain nutrients that act as anti-oxidants, so consuming recommended amounts will provide them in the diet. The recommended level for intake of anti-oxidants is not currently known. Your best assurance for obtaining adequate amounts of anti-oxidants is to eat recommended amounts of fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains.
