I have a condition known as fissure tongue. Many fruits bother my condition because of the acidic levels in the fruit. Does dried fruit have the same levels of acidity levels as fresh fruit?

Dried fruits will still have the acid that was in the fruit before drying. However, since they have less moisture, it may be less likely that juice from the fruit will come in contact with the tongue. You would still want to be careful that seeds don’t get caught.
