HI, I WOULD LIKE TO ASK HOW MUCH FRUIT OR VEG I CAN EAT IN AM OR WITHIN HOW MANY HOURS AND HOW MUCH IS A PROPER SERVING FOR AFTERNOONS OR EVENINGS, I AM TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT AND I GET HUNGRY ALOT AND WANT TO LOSE MORE WEIGHT

You can eat fruits and veggies throughout the day to help calm your hunger. You can find out how many cups you need each day by clicking here. We recommend increasing your fruit and vegetable intake slowly (one or two extra servings each day every week) since sudden increases may cause gas and discomfort.
