My doctor has put me on a restricted diet for weight loss. How can I incorporate foods I love such as salads?

Q: my doctor has put me on a 1,ooo calories a day diet. I have to lose at least 50 pounds. What can jyou to help. I love salads and get eat them everyday if i have to. I can’t have any fried foods, drinks, refined sugar, flour. Since it is only me, I have no one to cook for. Thanks
