Of course! All fruits and veggies count towards your daily intake. No matter what types of fruits and veggies you consume, they all count. However, it is important to eat a colorful variety of fruits and veggies every day. If you find yourself eating the same types of fruits and veggies all the time, try something new! Ask the produce manager of  your local supermarket for recommendations.
