Hi I am a big fan of eating healthy but I am having trouble trying to make a schedule on what the kids should eat for breakfast lunch snack dinner and desser and antoher problem is that they are really skinny so I want them to eat healthy and gain weight, could you provide me some help on makink a schedule for 7 days a week breakfast lunch snack dinner and dessert???
