i DO HAVE A FRUIT JUICER ARE THERE SOME FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICE RECIPES WHERE THEY CAN DRINK MOST OF THE DAILY REQUIREMENTS NEEDED? ALSO I NEED A JUICE RECIPE THAT WILL BE TASTY FOR THEM. Juicing fruits and vegetables is convenient and may be a delicious way to obtain some of the nutrients in fruits and vegetables. However, it is better to eat your fruits and vegetables than to drink them. Try incorporating all forms of fruits and vegetables into your family’s diet, including fresh, frozen, canned, and dried, in addition to 100% juice. Juicing fruits and vegetables doesn’t remove the vitamins, but it does remove the fiber, the indigestible component of fruits and vegetables. Fiber is one of the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables, as it may have benefits for heart health, aids with regularity, and helps with satiety, or a feeling of fullness. Click here to access our fruit and vegetable recipe search to view a variety of recipes that incorporate 100% juice.
