Is it ok to combine meat, fruit, and vegetables in one meal. Will a person get the same nutrition if all are eaten at one meal setting. For example: morning, pork sausage, plums, lettuce, and tomato and boiled eggs. Should I wait a certan amount of time inbetween each item eaten.
