I am participating in Relay For life which is a large community fundraiser. Our team would like to establish a prevention or Health and Fitness pitstop. What activities could we do to incorporte eating friuts and veggies in cancer prevention.

You might consider helping folks to figure out how much produce they should eat every day, why they should eat it, what to eat and ways to incorporate eating more. You might download our “Top 10 Reasons To Eat More Fruits And Veggies” here to explain why we need more.  Color of produce is an easy way to monitor variety and our “Get More, Because More Matters Guide” ($7.95 for 50 in the catalog) which lists produce by color is a good reminder of the huge variety that is available, and is a popular give away. Download healthy and delicious recipes for fruits and veggies from our Recipe Section here, or purchase recipe cards from our catalog. Our “Top 10 Meal Planning And Shopping Tips” and our “Quick Guide To Getting More” both suggest ways to incorporate MORE fruits and veggies. Good luck!
