as a pre-diabetic, I am interested in knowing,(highest to lowest?)fruits highest in natural sugar to lowest in natural sugar. thanks in advance!

The USDA has a database which lists the sugar content of foods, which you can access here.  However, there are a number of factors that influence blood sugar levels, and it’s not likely that particular fruits are problematic for blood sugar levels.  The American Diabetes Association has general information about diet and pre-diabetes.  For individual guidance on meal planning and diet management, I suggest you see a registered dietitian.  You can locate one in your area at www.eatright.org.
