I am drinking mix vegetables and fruits every morning and 3 times a week for Apple Cider Vinegar.What should I eat so that I can retain more protien in my body as I am losing protien in my urine. I am afraid I am damaging my kidney.Please can you give me some advice.Thanks,Mila
