I heard that you are only supposed to eat fruit on an empty stomach and by it’s self, is that true?

No, it is not true that you are only supposed to eat fruit by itself and on an empty stomach.  Fruit can be eaten at any time of the day, and can be prepared and served many different ways.  Combining several different fruits together is a great way of including fiber, phytochemicals, and many vitamins and minerals in your diet on a daily basis.
