  1. Offer a variety of foods in a structured manner. 3 meals and 3 snacks. Pair familiar foods with unfamiliar foods and allow the kidos to experiment. Often times what they liked as little ones they may not like so much anymore as toddlers. Just keep offering and wait. If you do your job of providing, they’ll do their job of eating. Best of luck

  2. make them eat it get rid of all the junk food in the house then thats the only thing left for them to eat hahahahaha i looooooooooovvvvvvvvvvve ffffffffoooooooooooooddddddddddxx

  3. Getting your kids involved is a great way to get them to eat their fruits and veggies. When you go grocery shopping, let them pick out a new fruit or vegetable and allow them to be involved on the preparation. Perhaps suggest something fun and different for them to try, such as artichokes, purple potatoes or exotic fruits. Then make healthy options easy and available. For example, keep a bag of cut up veggies in the fridge and serve it with a low fat ranch (in moderation) or hummus. Provide fruits with different flavors of yogurt so they can dip it. Make things fun and interesting. Another really important thing to do is to set the example. Make healthy eating a priority for you and other adults in the household and children will follow.
