I am interested in finding out more specifically how many of a fruit and vegetable are in a cup for children between the ages of 4 years and 8 years. For example, how many strawberries are there in a cup? How many green beans constitute a cup?I have done a lot of research and have found the recommended number of cups of fruits and vegetables children within that age range should have, but have not been able to get more exact amounts of foods that equal a cup. Thank you!-Kathryn Arno
