When total fat is listed on the label, it is the total fat for the serving size that is indicated on the label, including sauce. All of the nutrition information on the label is for a specific serving size, which is indicated on the label, and it refers to all contents of the package.

I work out in the evenings after work. My workout is over at 8pm. I arrive home at 815pm.
