I do understand and follow the combined nutritional importance of fruits and vegetables, being a vegetarian myself. I also maintain a healthy weight, but would like to know about anti aging fruits/veggies. Now that I turned 40, I am seeking to know what are the truly tested fruits/veggies that can surely help fight wrinkles and sagging skin, since I donot want to use cosmetics and would rather go the natural and safe way. It depends on the label. Some say “ready to eat” and those are fine to eat without washing. If it does not have that statement, it would probably be safest to wash it again.
