We are vegetarians who use Bocca, Garden Burger, Smart Source, etc. products but we are always dismayed by the amount of salt in their offerings. Where can we go to get low salt vegetarian meat substitutes?

The Vegetarian Resource Group (www.vrg.org) may be able to help you with this.

Thursday, September 4th, 2008

No, we do not. I suggest you contact your local dietetic association, a local hospital with an outpatient department, or a college with a nutrition program to locate someone who might be willing to come or can refer someone.
