i DO HAVE A FRUIT JUICER ARE THERE SOME FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICE RECIPES WHERE THEY CAN DRINK MOST OF THE DAILY REQUIREMENTS NEEDED? ALSO I NEED A JUICE RECIPE THAT WILL BE TASTY FOR THEM. There are no specific fruits and vegetables that will help shrink the prostate. However, including a variety of fruits and vegetables in the diet is a good weight management strategy, and maintaining a healthy body weight is one thing that is important for treating an enlarged prostate.
