I make veggies for dinner every night…but they get cold very quickly – sometimes before we’ve finished eating dinner. Do you have any tips for having them retain their heat for a longer time?

If a recipe states that it makes 4 servings it means that it serves 4 people. If you get ¼ of the recipe, you would get 1 serving, which may be ½ a cup to several cups depending on the recipe. Our recipes provide the number of cups of fruits and veggies in each serving.
