How do I know which fruits and veggies lose their nutrition when cooked? I often use recipes that incorporate cooking veggies into things like meat, soups, crock pot cooking, etc. however, I question if there is any nutrition value left after they cook. I hate cooked fruits alone and I also hate steamed veggies.
