can u tell me the difference between cooking vegetables in tap water verses purified water.cooking in purified water makes my vegetables more fresher than tap water,purified water also fresher smell,leave vegetable it’s color than tap water,purified water 100% better in tast

There is really no difference between using the two different waters for cooking. If you feel that you get better results from purified water, then it is ok to use it for cooking.

i cut open a catalop only to find it’s not fully ripe. will it still ripen if i put it in a paper bag and leave it on the counter or should i put it in the fridge now thats it’s cut. not sure what to do, cause i think the fridge will stock the ripening process.thanks
