Hello:I would love to see this site with a Spanish language version. I work on a USDA funded grant in California. My target population is low income Latinos, food stamp eligible. We would love to have this resource in Spanish. Most vegetables are very low in carbohydrate because they have a high water and fiber content. One-half of a medium yellow squash has about 4 grams of carbohydrate. See our Fruit and Vegetable Database for the nutrient content of yellow squash and other fruits and veggies.

You can see the nutrient content of spinach in our Fruit and Vegetable Database and in the USDA nutrient database . Unfortunately, we do not have information on the other 2 items. I would suggest searching online to see if you can find that information. Good luck.
There are no specific fruits and vegetables that will help shrink the prostate. However, including a variety of fruits and vegetables in the diet is a good weight management strategy, and maintaining a healthy body weight is one thing that is important for treating an enlarged prostate.
