i DO HAVE A FRUIT JUICER ARE THERE SOME FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICE RECIPES WHERE THEY CAN DRINK MOST OF THE DAILY REQUIREMENTS NEEDED? ALSO I NEED A JUICE RECIPE THAT WILL BE TASTY FOR THEM. You can see the nutrient content of spinach in our Fruit and Vegetable Database and in the USDA nutrient database .  Unfortunately, we do not have information on the other 2 items.  I would suggest searching online to see if you can find that information. Good luck.
