Hi! Your 30-Minutes or Less recipe for Herb Potato Salad calls for one and a half tsp of mustard. Does this mean the dried form of mustard, or the prepared kind? Could one be substituted for the other in this recipe? Thanks for your help!

This means the prepared kind of mustard. We would specify if it was a dried form. If you need to substitute dry mustard, dry mustard packs more of a punch, so use two to three times less than prepared mustard in making the substitution.
