I love your nutritional info for Fruits, veggies, and nuts – and see they are available in PDF format — My question is – is it available in another format? I am using my Low histamine diet to help manage MCAD and have decided to create a database of my recipes and thought it would be really cool to add the nutritional info per recipe and your tables of this info are fantastic – I just cannot import to my database program. Thank you in advance for any info you can provide.
