I’m afraid not. Vitamin D is called the “sunshine vitamin” because our body makes it when the sun shines on our skin. (How much is made depends on the time of year, skin color and sunscreen use as well as other factors). Fruits and vegetables do not contain vitamin D, but some juices have vitamin D added.
