Can you eat too many fruits? What concerns me is the high levels of sugar!!! And what fruits are best to stay away from and which are better to eat? Thank you

All fruits should be part of a healthy diet. Try to eat a wide variety of different fruits and vegetables for optimum health.  Fructose is the sugar that occurs naturally in fruits and is used very differently by the body than white sugar. Fructose is broken down more slowly in the body and does not cause a spike in blood sugar levels. Also, when eating fruit you are getting fiber and nutrients not in goods made with white sugar.
