From this website, it seems that canned and frozen fruits and veggies are pretty much as nutritious as fresh ones. What is the nutritional value of dried fruit and 100% juice compared to fresh fruits and veggies? Is there any added benefit to eating fresh?

Dried fruit contains most of the nutrients of fresh ones since only the water is removed by drying. Nutrient losses during the drying process are usually small. 100% juice contains little or no fiber, but contains most of the other nutrients found in fruits and vegetables.
