Put your mind at ease.  All PBH recipes meet strict criteria for restricting fat (total, saturated and trans), added sugar, fiber and sodium, assuring that they are healthful additions to the meals and snacks you provide for your family.  Please note: “strict criteria” does not mean “no taste”!  The delicious tastes and aromas of fruits and vegetables make these dishes irresistible.
