Have been given some frozen fruit and fruit juice that is at least 15 years old. Is it safe to use for jelly,jam or pies?

It’s probably better for you to discard the frozen fruit and juice. You don’t know what the freezing conditions have been over that length of time. Some degradation of the food does occur even when it is frozen, which would likely affect the finished product of anything you make as well as the food safety.
