There are many different methods to roasting pumpkin seeds! One of my favorite ways is to first, preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Next, mix cleaned pumpkin seeds with olive oil (approximately 1 Tbsp oil per 1 cup seeds). Then, spread a single layer of oiled seeds onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake seeds in the oven for 45-60 minutes. Toss seeds occasionally to prevent burning. If you use the seeds from a whole pumpkin, use the flesh of the pumpkin in our Pumpkin Soup—ready in 30 minutes!
