I am looking to try new vegetables and bought some parsnips and rutabaga, but am not sure how to store them. Can you help me?

It is great that you are trying new vegetables. Store parsnips, unwashed, in a bag in the refrigerator. Store rutabagas in the vegetable crisper drawer of the refrigerator. Both will keep up to one month. Check our Recipe section for some recipes that use parsnips and rutabagas.
