I like to have something crunchy and sweet for a snack first thing in the morning. I don’t think the granola bars you buy at the store are all that healthy. Do you know of a healthy receipe for a granola bar to eat first thing in the morning or for a late afternoon snack?

You are correct about the granola bars in the store.  Many of them contain a lot of added sugar and fat.  Here is a granola recipe on our website that you might want to try.
