If I slice fresh vegtables, for ease to grab, should I store them in water in a container in the fridge? (cucumbers, peppers and radishes)

Cut up fresh vegetables can be stored in an air-tight container.  To maintain freshness and nutrition, try to cut up only the amount you will need for the day. Or, If you’re like me, I cut some up over the weekend when I have more time so that they are ready for the hectic week-days.  You might put them in water to "freshen" them up prior to eating or serving, but don’t let them stand in water for more than a few hours.
