Is eating an entire lemon (including the rind) more nutritious than just drinking the squeezed juice and pulp?

Eating the whole lemon rind and all will give you 5g fiber as opposed to juice and pulp which is about 1 gram of fiber. The vitamins will be essentially the same. There are many ways to include fiber in your diet though that may have more taste appeal. Remember to think whole grains and variety in the fruits and vegetables you eat.
