Is there any food that can be recommended that is regarded to fruits and can be cooked/baked within 1 hour?

It should not take longer than an hour for any fruit to be cooked or baked.  For instance, our recipe for Rhubarb Crisp requires very little cooking time.  It takes only about 15 minutes to make a baked apple. Fruits can also be grilled very quickly.  Dried fruits can also be stewed in a small amount of water in about 20 to 30 minutes time.
