Q. I would like to know how long you can store fruits and vegetables before and after preparation since I have to wait up to two weeks before I can buy anymore for food preparation.
A. Each fruit and veggie may be a little different. In general, most fresh produce should be used within 2-10 days of purchase, and then canned, frozen, and dried are great for the rest of the time.
