Think Variety; Think Color: Yellow/Orange, Blue


2 cups carrots, shredded

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup pineapple, crushed

1/4 cup raisins


Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Toss and serve immediately.
