Creamy Blueberry Shake

Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving:
- 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (washed and sorted if fresh)
2 small bananas, ripe
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, low-fat
1 cup vanilla ice cream, low-fat
4 sprigs mint
1. Combine blueberries, bananas, honey and lemon juice and purée on HIGH speed in blender. Add yogurt and ice cream and blend until thick and smooth.
2. Serve immediately in cold glasses decorated with sprigs of mint.
