2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)

3/4 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, low-fat

1/2 cup (4 oz) skim milk


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and thick.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
