Oriental Sweet and Sour Vegetables
By 30 Minutes or Less
This recipe complements pork, chicken, pasta, brown rice, or seafood!
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce, low-sodium
1/4 tsp ginger
1 cup (8 oz) 100% pineapple or orange juice
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 tsp olive oil
1 lb bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
- Combine all ingredients except vegetables in bowl. Mix and set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet and add frozen vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add sweet and sour sauce and cook for another 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Serve.
