Cups of Fruits & Vegetables per Serving: 1 1/3
1 1/2 cups frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup (4 oz) skim milk
1/2 cup (4 oz) 100% apple juice
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
